Section 59
Management or technical service contracts
(1) An insurer may enter into a management or technical service agreement with any domestic person or foreign organization with the prior approval of the Authority.
(2) Before entering into an agreement as per sub-section (1), the draft of such agreement shall be submitted to the authority for approval.
(3) Management or technical service agreement or other arrangements related to expert services shall be as prescribed.
